Kelly Jones
NASM CPT, POSE Running Technique Specialist, TRX certified instructor, TRX RIP trainer Certified.
Kelly Jones graduated from Goldey Beacom College in Pike Creek, Delaware with a marketing degree. After realizing working in an office was not her thing she became a personal trainer in 2005 & started working at the biggest health club in Delaware, Hockessin Athletic Club. Back in Delaware Kelly had a wide variety of clients from the person who wanted to lose weight to the person who wanted to run their first 5k. She started a running group a HAC which grew pretty big & with all members having lots of success with their running. Kelly’s specialty is core workouts, which benefits everyone from the average person to the athlete to senior citizens.
Kelly enjoys keeping fit by running, biking, swimming, strength training & participating in the classes she teaches.
Darren Tipton
Master Trainer, Specialist in bodybuilding, nutrition, tactical/Strength training, and personal transformation.
